BOOKINGS

  • We suggest booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Visit our reservation page to see the available slots. However we welcome walk-in and we will be happy to place you if there are any free stations left.

  • You can modify or cancel yourself if you created an account while booking. Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 514-316-5208 or by email art@artchaos.ca
    -Tickets are fully refundable if the booking is canceled more than 48 hours before the reservation.
    -There is no refund if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before. However, store credit is offered if you cancel between 24h to 48h before the booking.
    -Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation can’t receive any store credit or refund.

  • We accept credit cards for the online reservation. On site we accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.

  • Yes! During the reservation online, enter your unique code in the “Have a Promo or Gift Code?” box at checkout and click “Add” to use your gift card. If you have any question, please email us at art@artchaos.ca

  • The entrance is free for children under 4 years old.
    The birthday person gets a free entrance on the day of their birthday. They must provide a valid photo ID.

  • Of course! Reservations are available from a minimum of 2 people, but it is possible to come alone. The deposit requested when booking online is the price of one person's entry before taxes, so you will simply have to pay taxes on site.

  • No, the price will be adjusted to the actual number of participants.

  • A spin art station can accept 4 people, if you are more than 4, simply add additional station(s) to your cart before concluding the transaction.
    How to: Once you add the first station to your cart, follow the steps and click Continue until you arrive at the Account information step, you’ll see “+ADD ANOTHER BOOKING” above the booking summary, click on it and repeat the same steps for the additional station(s). Be sure to select the same date and closest time slots!

THE VENUE

  • Art Chaos is the perfect spot for birthday celebrations, corporate teambuilding activity and private group events!

  • Yes! Art Chaos is inside a restaurant and has food and beverage available.

  • We ask you not to bring food or beverage from elsewhere as we have our own restaurant. However, in case of private group events, it is possible to bring a celebration cake. Please contact us at 514-316-5208 or by email art@artchaos.ca to arrange everything.

  • We ask you not to bring alcohol from elsewhere as we have our own restaurant. Alcohol is prohibited for minors. Access to Art Chaos is prohibited for individuals who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances.

  • There is no age limit, but all participants under 15 years old must have at least one supervising adult participant with them.

  • Art Chaos has a few steps on the way to access the stations and there are no wheelchair accessible bathrooms. You don’t need a lot of physical strength to spin the canvas, however the spin station might be too high for someone in a wheelchair.

  • Unfortunately, no. The venue is located on Saint-Viateur Street, near Saint-Laurent Boulevard, in Mile End, where you may park on the surrounding streets. So you might want to plan time to find parking before your reservation.

SPIN ART

  • Our employees will be there to show you how spin art works and to guide you. You will also get a practice canvas!

  • Paint is going to spin and might splash you, so consider bringing a change of clothes. We will also lend you gloves and an apron.

  • We will lend you an apron, gloves and all the necessary tools you might want to try to make the funkiest piece of art!

  • We ask you not to bring your own paint as we have all the colors you should need! - and with the perfect consistency for spin art. If you want neon or glitter paint, don’t hesitate to ask! We have some available for an extra fee - available for purchase during booking or on site.

  • Each person will get to try different techniques on a practice canvas that will remain at the location, and leave with their final canvas. You can get an additional canvas for an extra fee - available for purchase during online booking or on-site.

  • Our canvases are 40.6 cm x 50.8 cm.

  • You can get an additional canvas for an extra fee - available for purchase during online booking or on site.

  • Once you’re done spinning, please allow 30 minutes for the canvas to dry.

GIFT CARDS

  • No, the gift cards don’t have an expiration date.

  • Yes, it’s always best to make a reservation beforehand to ensure you get the time slot you prefer. Walk-ins are available but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Make an online reservation. At checkout, enter your unique code in the “Have a Promo? Enter Promo or Gift Code“ box and click “Add“ to use your gift card. Complete the final steps and you’re all set!

  • If you prepaid for your reservation, your payment will be refunded when you present your gift card on location.

  • Unfortunately, we currently only offer digital gift card.
